舌下特异性免疫治疗对不同点刺阳性级别儿童过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效评价

目的探讨舌下特异性免疫治疗(SLIT)对不同点刺实验阳性级别儿童过敏性鼻炎患儿的临床疗效。方法尘螨为主要过敏原的过敏性鼻炎患儿60例,分为两组:尘螨过敏原点刺等级++为治疗组1,尘螨过敏原点刺结果++++为治疗组2。两组进行粉尘螨舌下脱敏治疗(SLIT)1年,通过过敏性鼻炎症状、用药评分确定SLIT的效果,评价点刺阳性等级对过敏性鼻炎免疫治疗的影响。结果两组患儿治疗后症状评分间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组对症药物积分间差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。脱敏治疗中无一例发生严重不良反应。结论不同过敏原点刺阳性等级患儿SLIT临床疗效相似。

Sublingual Immunotherapy for Allergic Rhinitis in Pediatric Patients Showing Varying Skin-prick Test Reactivity

Objectives To evaluate the efficacy of sublingual immunotherapy for allergic rhinitis in pediatric patients with varying skin prick test reactivity.Methods The patients were divided into two groups: group A(n= 30)with a high reactivity of SPT(++++)and group B(n= 30)with a low reactivity of SPT(++).Patients were treated with sublingual immunotherapy for 1 year.The symptom and medication scores were analyzed to determine the effects of sublingual immunotherapy.Result The overall symptom and medication scores decreased significantly after 12 months of treatment in both groups(P< 0.01),whereas no significant difference was observed between the two groups.No significant adverse events occurred during the desensitization.Conclusion Pediatric patients showing a varying SPT had a similar response to sublingual immunotherapy.
