| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经导管子宫动脉和髂内动脉栓塞治疗产后大出血的临床效果。方法采用改良式Seldinger技术,经右侧股动脉行双侧子宫动脉或髂内动脉栓塞,栓塞材料均为医用明胶海绵颗粒和明胶海绵条,术后继续常规抗休克,对症治疗。结果27例产后大出血患者均栓塞成功,无严重并发症发生,治疗成功率为100%。结论超选择性动脉栓塞治疗产后大出血迅速、安全、有效,还可保留生育能力。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transcather uterine arterial and internal iliac artery embolization in the treatment of postnatal hemorrhea.Methods 27 cases with postnatal hemorrhea were treated with super selective arterial embolization.The emboli material was Gelfoam.Results The operations were successful in all of these patients.The treatment achievement ratio was 100%,No serious complication happened.Conclusion The super selective arterial embolization is safe and effective,and patient's uterus can also be preserved to retain fertility. |
