2008年江苏省艾滋病自愿咨询检测情况分析

目的：了解江苏省2008年艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）情况。方法：对2008年全省VCT门诊求询者的基本信息及艾滋病病毒（HIV）抗体检测情况进行统计分析。结果：2008年到全省各级CT门诊的求询者共72760人次,HIV抗体总初筛阳性率为0．38％。求询者以15-49岁青壮年为主,男女检测比例为1．17：1,男性HIV抗体初筛阳性率显著高于女性。求询者类型主要以非婚异性性行为史者为主,配偶／固定性伴阳性者求询者的HIV抗体初筛阳性率最高。结论：随着艾滋病自愿咨询检测工作的推进,江苏省更多的人愿意接受自愿咨询检测,特别是女性;但还应进一步加强重点人群的干预和检测力度,以及早发现感染者,减少二代传播。

Analysis of the data of the voluntary counseling and testing in Jiangsu, China, 2008

Objective： To learn the basic situation of voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） on AIDS in Jiangsu, 2008. Method： We analysis the data of the demographic, behavioral and HIV antibody test information of the persons seeking consultation in the clinics of the whole province in 2008. Results： In 2008, there were 72,760 people seeking consultation in the all levels VCT clinics in Jiang- su, 2008, and the HIV antibody positive rate of screening is 0. 38%. The young adults, between 15 and 49, made up the main of the persons seek consultation, the ratio between men and women was 1.17：1, and however, the antibody positive rate of men was significantly higher than this of women. The main type of them was heterosexuals who had non-marital sexual history; however, those persons whose sexual partners are positive had the highest rate. Conclusion; With the development of AIDS voluntary counseling and testing work, more and more people, especially women, are more will- ing to accept voluntary counseling and testing in Jiangsu province; even though, we still should further strengthen our focus of the intervention and testing on the high-risk people, to find the infected person as earlier as possible, and to reduce the spread of the second generation.
