音乐疗法在前列腺增生病人导尿术中的应用研究

[目的]探讨音乐疗法在前列腺增生病人导尿术中的作用，为提高前列腺增生病人导尿一次成功率，减轻病人的痛苦，减少尿道黏膜的损伤提供科学依据。[方法]将符合入选条件的i00例病人分为对照组和研究组各50例，对照组使用常规导尿法，研究组配以音乐疗法导尿，对照观察病人导尿一次成功率．插管前后采用状态一特质焦虑问卷（S—TAI）评定当时的恐惧、焦虑及病人的疼痛反应，常规检测尿道黏膜的损伤程度，用心电监护仪观察病人的心率、血压的变化。[结果]研究组病人的恐惧、焦虑、疼痛反应、尿道黏膜损伤程度明显低于对照组，一次导尿成功率明显高于对照组。[结论]音乐疗法提高了前列腺增生病人导尿一次成功率，减轻了病人的痛苦，减少了尿道黏膜损伤和恐惧感，提高了病人的满意度。

Clinical study on clinical application of music therapy in urethral catheterization for prostatic hyperplasia patients

Objective：To probe into the effect of music therapy for prostatic hy- perplasia patients accepting urethral catheterization, so as to provide some evidences for enhancing the one - time achievement ratio of urethral catheterization for prostatic hyperplasia patients, to release patients＇pain and to reduce the injury of urethra mucous membrane. Methods： A total of 100 patients fitting to enrolling standard were selected and divided into control and test group, 50 cases each. Patients of control group accepted traditional urethral catheterization. Besides traditional urethral catheterization, patients of test group were given music therapy. Then the achievement ratio of one - time urethral catheterization of two group cases was compared. Before and after inserting urinary catheter, all patients were evaluated by adopting S- TAI questionnaire on the dread, anxiety and reactions of patients. And the degree of injury of urethra mucous membrane of patients was judged by urine routine test. Changes of heart rate and blood pressure of both group patients were observed by using electrocardiogram monitor. Results： The dread,anxiety and reaction and injury degree of urethra mucous of patients＇in test group were much lower than that of control group cases. And the one - time achievement ratio of urethral catheterization was also much higher. Conclusion： Music therapy can enhance the one- time achievement ratio of urethral catheterization for prostatic hyperplasia patients, and alleviate patients＇ pain, reduce the injury of urethra
