| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合方法治疗2型糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法将68例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为2组,对照组33例采用西医常规治疗;治疗组35例在对照组治疗基础上加用半夏泻心汤加减,并隔姜灸上脘、中脘、气海。2组均1周后观察疗效。结果显效率和总有效率治疗组分别为77%和91%,对照组分别为48%和76%,2组比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效显著。 |
