医学生幸福感与生活满意度的相关性分析

摘    要:
目的:探讨分析医学生幸福感与生活满意度的影响因素及两者之间的相关性。方法:用随机整群抽样方法选取沈阳医学院2009级6个班级、2010级19个班级共752名学生作为调查对象。应用大学生幸福感影响因素调查表(AffectingFactors of Well-being for University Students,AFW-US)和大学生生活满意度评定量表(Life Satisfaction Scales Applicable ToCollege Students,CSLSS)对研究对象进行测定。结果:经统计学检验,下述幸福感调查结果的差异均具有显著性(P均〈0.05),不同年级在自我意识、学校学习、人际交往、恋爱等项目上;不同性别在自我意识、学校学习、工作与社会适应、家庭环境等项目上;不同家庭来源地在家庭环境方面;不同学习成绩在学校学习方面;不同专业在自我意识、人际交往、恋爱方面;不同月生活费在学校学习、恋爱、家庭环境、休闲活动、幸福感方面。下述生活满意度调查结果的差异均具有显著性(P均〈0.05),不同家庭来源地在客观和主观生活满意度方面;不同学习成绩和家庭人均年收入在客观生活满意度方面;月生活费在主观和总体生活满意度方面。幸福感与总体生活满意度呈正相关(r=0.184)。在幸福感七个维度中,自我意识、人际交往和休闲活动等项目对总体生活满意度的贡献差异有显著性(P均〈0.05)。结论:提高大学生的幸福感和生活满意度应重点从自我意识、学校学习及家庭环境等方面采取措施。

Abstract:
Objective:To discuss and analyze the factors and correlation between the sense of happiness and life satisfaction of medical students.Methods:By using random cluster sampling method,students from 6 classes in 2009 Grade and 19 classes in 2010 Grade in Shenyang Medical School were selected and surveyed with AFW-US and CSLSS questionnaires for evaluation and comparison.Results:For findings of sense of happiness:Different grades in the projects of self-consciousness,school learning,interpersonal communication and love,different gender in the projects of self-consciousness,school learning,work and social adaption and family environment,different family origin in the project of family environment,different learning achievements in the project of school learning,different professional in the projects of self-consciousness,interpersonal communication and love,different monthly living expenses in the projects of school learning,love,family environment,leisure activities and sense of happiness,all of the above were statistically significant(P all<0.05).For findings of life satisfaction:Different family origin in the projects of objective and subjective life satisfaction,learning achievements and the average annual family income in the project of objective life satisfaction,different monthly living expenses in the projects of subjective and overall life satisfaction,all of the above were statistically significant(P all <0.05).There was a positive correlation between sense of happiness and life satisfaction(r=0.184).Among the seven dimensions of sense of happiness,the contributions of self-consciousness,interpersonal communication and leisure activities were statistically significant(P all <0.05).Conclusion:To improving the students’ sense of happiness and life satisfaction,the school authorities should focus on measures taken from the self-awareness,school and family environment.
