| 摘 要： | 目的 分析HSPT0、HSP90在肾细胞癌组织中表达的意义.方法 用免疫组化S-P法检测32例肾细胞癌组织标本中HSP70、HSP90的表达情况.结果 肾细胞癌组织中HSP70、HSP90表达阳性率分别为90.6%(29/32)、84.4%(27/32),明显高于正常肾组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但其表达程度与肾细胞癌临床分期及细胞类型无明显相关性(P>0.05).结论 HSPT0、HSP90高表达在肾细胞癌的发生、发展中具有促进作用. |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression and significance of HSP70 and HSP90 in renal cell carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of HSP70 and HSP90 in 32 cases of renal cell carcinoma.Results HSP70 and HSP90 were overexpressed in renal cell carcinoma,and the positivity rate was 90.6% and 84.4% respectively(P<0.05).No correlation was found between the degree of these expression and clinical stage,the histologic grade and the his-tologic type(P>0.05).Conclusion HSP70 and ... |
