| 摘 要： | 目的与方法:选用60例脑梗死急性期患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组均连续服药2周为1个疗程。并于用药前时及用药后4周时测定患者血中IL-1β、ICAM-1的含量以及神经功能的评定,来评价清热通脉胶囊的临床疗效。结果:清热通脉胶囊能显著降低患者血清中IL-1β及ICAM-1的水平,其作用优于益脑复健胶囊;清热通脉胶囊能显著促进脑梗死患者神经功能的恢复,其作用优于益脑复健胶囊。结论:清热通脉胶囊对急性脑梗死有良好的脑保护作用。其作用机制在于通过降低局部脑组织中的IL-1β、ICAM-1的表达水平,从而减轻缺血性炎症反应,起到对缺血脑组织的神经保护作用。
