复方茶多酚软膏治疗颈部急性放射性皮炎的临床观察

目的:观察复方茶多酚软膏治疗颈部急性放射性皮肤炎的疗效。方法:按常规方法制备茶多酚软膏。将接受鼻咽癌根治性放疗后的颈部急性放射性溃疡患者102例随机分为两组,治疗组56例,给予复方茶多酚软膏治疗和常规护理,对照组42例接受烧伤膏安慰性治疗和常规护理,随访2个月,比较两组患者溃疡愈合情况和愈合时间。结果:102例患者均进入结果分析。治疗组总有效率98.2%,对照组84.8%,治疗组平均愈合时间为7.4天,对照组为18.2天,治疗组较对照组皮肤创面平均愈合天数缩短11天,皮肤创面愈合明显加快,两组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方茶多酚软膏可有效促进急性放射性皮炎的伤口愈合,缩短放射性皮肤溃疡的愈合时间。

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Compound Tea Polyphenol Ointment in Treatment of Acute Radiation-induced Cervical Skin Dermatitis

Objective This study was to evaluate the efficacy of compound tea polyphenol Ointment in the treatment of acute radiation-induced cervical skin dermatitis.Methods Compound tea polyphenol Ointment was prepared by the routine method.102 patients with acute radiation-induced cervical skin ulcers after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups:56 patients in a compound tea polyphenol Ointment group received compound tea polyphenol Ointment therapy and routine therapy,42 patients in the control group received placebo burn ointment therapy and routine therapy.Ulcer healing and healing time were compared between the two groups in the 2-month follow-up.Results 102 patients were involved in the result analysis.The effective rate 98.2%(55/56) in the compound tea polyphenol Ointment group was higher than that in the control group 84.8%(35/42) (P<0.05) .The healing time of the acute radiation-induced skin ulcers was shorter in the compound tea polyphenol Ointment group than in the control group 7.4 d,18.2 d,P< 0.05].There was no significant difference in adverse effects between the two groups.Conclusion Compound tea polyphenol ointment therapy effectively quickens the wound healing of acute radiation-induced skin dermatitis,and shortens the healing time.
