摘    要:
目的 探讨心理保健操对高中学生心理健康状况的影响,为提高高中生心理健康水平提供依据.方法 在安徽省某中学取样270人,将入组学生按班级随机分为两组,每组135人;实验组于上午第三节课间休息时间进行自拟的中学生心理保健操训练,对照组自由活动.观察1个月.于实验前采用艾森克个性问卷评定两组学生的气质类型,于实验前后采用心理健康诊断测验量表评定两组的心理健康水平,并对实验前后两组不同气质类型学生的心理健康诊断测验量表评分差值进行对比分析. 结果实验组不同气质类型学生实验前后心理健康诊断测验量表测评结果差值均显著高于对照组,差异均有极显著性(P〈0.01);实验处理主效应显著(F=58.98,P〈0.01),气质类型主效应不显著(F=0.70,P〉0.05),实验处理与气质类型的交互作用不显著(F=0.63,P〉0.05). 结论 心理保健操能显著提高不同气质类型高中生的心理健康水平.

Abstract:
[ Objective To investigate the effective of Mental Health-protection Exercise (MHE) to improve high school students~ mental health. Methods 270 students (from one senior middle school of Anhui Province) were randomly distributed to experiment group and control group each group inclouding 135 students. The experimental group did the exercise in the morning break time everyday for a month while the control group was free at the same time. Assessed the temperament types of all students before the ex- periment. Use the Mental Health Test Scale (MHT) to assesse the mental health of two groups before and after the experiment. Analyze the scores of mental health testing of different temperament types between the two groups. Results The sclore of mental health results of experimental group were significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.01). Main effect of experimental treatment was significant (F= 58.98,P〈0.01) but the temperament was not significant (F=0.70,P〉0. 05). The interaction of experi- mental treatment and temperament types was not significant(F=0.63,P〉0.05). Conclusion MHE can improve the different temperament types senior students' mental health.
