| 主动脉夹层患者十例的急救与护理 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的总结主动脉夹层患者的急诊救治护理经验。方法对2007年1月至2010年2月在我科就诊的10例主动脉夹层患者急诊救治及护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果 10例患者中,7例患者好转或治愈出院,3例患者实施手术治疗,平均住院时间（30±1.21）d,均未发生与护理相关的并发症。结论尽快确诊、及时抢救、严控血压及精心护理是降低主动脉夹层患者病死率的关键。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize emergency treatment and nursing experience of aortic dissection.Methods An retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of emergency treatment and nursing of 10 cases of aortic dissection.Results Of the 10 patients,improvement and discharge after cure occurred in 7（70%）patients,operation in 3 patients（30%）with the average hospital stays of（30±1.21）d.No nursing complication was observed in the nursing process.Conclusion Early confirmed diagnosis,timely emergency treatments,strict control of blood pressure and intensive nursing play a crucial role in reducing the lethal rate of aortic dissection. |
