摘    要:随着肺部小孤立性肺结节检出率的增加,适用于肺部孤立性肺结节的特征诊断方法对于小肺部孤立性肺结节都不再适用.多排螺旋CT的应用及后处理技术的提高,使得三维重建技术可以准确的对小孤立性肺结节进行体积测量,并由此短期观察其生长率并计算倍增时间来进行诊断和鉴别诊断的方法越来越受到重视.

Abstract:Incidental discovery of solitary pulmonary nodules (SPN) is very frequent during CT of the chest. Many characteristic diagnostic methods of SPN no longer apply to the small SPN. With the use of multi-slice spiral CT, reconstruction algorithm and volumetric software, the volume of SPN can be quantified precisely by three-dimensional reconstruction algorithm, so more and more focus is on the method of calculating double time by observe its growth rate to diagnosis.
