口服莫西沙星治疗急性上尿路感染的初步临床研究

目的观察口服莫西沙星（MXF）治疗急性上尿路感染的有效性和安全性。方法将24例急性上尿路感染患者随机分为试验组（n=12）和对照组（n=12）。试验组以MXF作为一线抗感染治疗药物，对照组以头孢他啶为一线抗生素，观察两组患者的疗效和不良反应。结果两组患者72h疗效间差异无显著性意义（P〉0.05）。试验组患者均完成治疗方案，对照组有2例患者因发生白细胞减少而更换抗生素。结论以口服MXF作为治疗急性上尿路感染的一线药物，疗效确切，耐受性较好，值得进一步进行临床研究验证。

Clinical Study of Oral Moxifloxacin in the Treatment of Acute Infection at the Upper Urinary Tract

Objective To observe the effects and safety of oral moxifloxacin treating the acute infection at the upper urinary tract.Methods 24 patients with acute infection of upper urinary tract were randomized into two groups.Study group (n=12):moxifloxacin,0.4,po,qd.Control group (n=12):ceftazidime,2.0,vd,bid.The effects and the safety were observed in both of the groups.Results There was no significant difference in the curative effect after treating for 72 h between two groups (P>0.05).The patients tolerated well to moxifloxacin and all the patients in study group went through the study course while the patients did not tolerated well to ceftazidime in control group and two of which occurred leucopenia and were forced to switch to another antibiotics.Conclusion The oral moxifloxacin was safe and effective as a kind of first-line antibiotics in the treatment of acute infection of upper urinary tract.
