| Abstract: | OBJECTIVETo investigate the methods for recombination of capital
that suit the sound development of the pharmaceutical enterprises of our country.METHODSThe economic environment at home
and abroad,situations and new trends in combination of capital in pharmaceutical
enterprise of our country were analyzed.RESULTS and CONCLUSIONSThe
paper puts forward and discussed the objectives,principles and modes in recombination of
capital as well as some issues that attention needs to be paid. |
