| 摘 要： | 目的:对慢性功能性便秘症状的诊断标准进行量化研究。方法:采用文献研究自制便秘调查表,使用ROC分析确定便秘的诊断标准。结果:通过分析366例患者和200例正常对照组,得出本量表便秘的诊断阈值为11分。结论:初步确定慢性功能性便秘的症状量化诊断标准,可作为快速诊断和筛选的依据,可作临床诊断与疗效评价的参考。

| Abstract: | Objective:The aim of this research was to quantificat the diagnostic criteria of chronic functional constipation.Method:On the base of literature research,we made constipation.scale.We used ROC analysis to determine the diagnostic criteria of constipation.Result:By analyzing 366 patients and 200 normal persons,we found the testing threshold of constipation in our scale is 11.Conclusion:We preliminary determined the quantification diagnostic criteria of chronic functional constipation symptoms.This study can... |
