| 摘 要： | 肝转移在大肠癌患者中发生率极高,在大肠癌的自然进程中,约50%以上的患者出现肝转移,肝转移是晚期大肠癌死亡的主要原因。根治性手术切除是大肠癌肝转移患者的最佳治疗方式,也是唯一的治愈机会。然而,对于大部分患者来说,发现肝转移时已丧失了手术的机会,所以姑息化疗、新辅助化疗、靶向治疗、介入治疗、放疗、中医药治疗是这部分患者的治疗选择,可以延长生存期、改善生存质量。文章将介绍关于大肠癌肝转移的治疗进展情况。 |

| Abstract: | Liver metastasis occurs frequently among patients with colorectal cancer.In the natural progression of colorectal cancer,up to 50% percent persons appear liver metastasis.Liver metastasis is the main reason to lead to death.Hepatectomy is the best therapy,and could be the only chance to cure.However,most patients can't be resected when diagnosed.Chemotherapy,neo-adjuvant chemotherapy,monoclonal antibody,interventional therapy,radiotherapy and Chinese herbs could be choices of those patients.This article wil... |
