辨证论治神经性皮炎经验

目的:总结周宝宽主任医师辨证论治神经性皮炎经验。方法:以医案形式阐述神经性皮炎的病因、病机、证型、治法、方药。结果:神经性皮炎的病因病机,外为风湿热邪,内为情志内伤导致风湿热蕴肤,血虚风燥、肝郁化火而成。祛风、清热、利湿,养血、熄风、疏肝、泻火、止痒为基本治疗原则。常用防风、荆芥、蝉蜕、白鲜皮、刺蒺藜、苦参、全蝎、当归、生地黄、龙胆草、柴胡等中药。结论:辨证论治神经性皮炎有显著疗效。
