针刺配合超短波改善膝关节骨性关节炎30例

目的 评价针刺配合超短波改善膝关节骨性关节炎临床症状的疗效及安全性.方法 将膝关节骨性关节炎患者60例随机分为针刺配合超短波组和超短波组.评价治疗7天、15天及治疗结束后1个月疼痛VAS评分、WOMAC骨性关节炎指数评分以及针刺的安全性等.结果 两组不同观察时点症状改善疗效与治疗前差异有统计学意义,且针刺配合超短波组优于超短波组.结论 针刺配合超短波能有效改善膝关节骨性关节炎疼痛,僵硬等临床症状,且治疗安全性高,无不良反应.

The Knee Osteoarthritistreatment by Acupuncture with Ultrashort Wave for 30 Cases

Objective It is intended to review the clinical effect and its safety of improving the knee osteoarthritis in acupuncture with ultrashort wave. Methods 60 knee osteoarthritis patients are randomly divided into two groups including acupuncture with ultrashort wave and ultrashort wave. The pain VAS score, the WOMAC osteoarthritis index score, and the safety of the acupuncture of treatment for 7 days, 15 days and one month after the end are reviewed, Results The difference of improving curative effect between two groups at different observation points was statistically sign- ifi- cant and acupuncture with ultrashort wave is better than that of ultrashort wave group. Conclusion The treatment of acupuncture with ultrashort wave can effectively improve the knee osteoarthritis pain, stiffness and other clinical symptoms and it has hiuh safetv and no adverse reaction.
