| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨雷贝拉唑治疗肝源性溃疡(Hepatogenic ulcer,HU)的近期疗效。方法:对150例肝硬化经胃镜检查出的30例HU患者,用雷贝拉唑(治疗组)治疗15例,并与雷尼替丁(对照组)治疗15例相比较,疗程均为4周。结果:雷贝拉唑(治疗组)总有效率为93.3%,治疗过程中无不良反应发生,雷尼替丁(对照组)总有效率为60.0%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义。结论:雷贝拉唑治疗HU疗效满意,无不良反应。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of rabeprazole for treating hepatogenic ulcer.Methods Rabeprazole was used to treat 15 patients with hepatogenic ulcer. After two weeks, its therapeutic effects and adverse effects were observed. Meanwhile,15 patients in control group were treated with ranitidine. Results Total effective rate for the group used rabeprazole was 93.3% and no adverse effects were observed. Control group has a 60.0% total effective rate, significant lower than rabeprazole group.
