针刺对乳腺增生病患者T细胞亚群与性激素关系的影响

应用抗人淋巴细胞单抗ＯＫＴ系列，以ＡＰＡＡＰ法和放射免疫法分别测定了１６例乳腺增生病患者针刺前后的外周血Ｔ细胞亚群和血清性激素（Ｅ２、Ｐ、ＰＲＬ、Ｔ、ＬＨ、ＦＳＨ）。结果显示针刺后的ＣＤ＋８百分率较针刺前明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＣＤ＋４／ＣＤ＋８较针刺前明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０５）。针刺后血清Ｅ２、ＰＲＬ水平较针刺前下降明显（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＦＳＨ较针刺前明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０５）。Ｅ２对ＣＤ＋８呈负相关，对ＣＤ＋４／ＣＤ＋８呈正相关。提示乳腺增生病患者存在细胞免疫功能的紊乱和性激素的紊乱，针刺后可使这种紊乱得以调节。

STUDY OF T CELL SUBPOPULATIONS AND SEX HORMONE IN HYPERPLASIA OF MAMMARY GLAND TREATED BY ACUPUNCTURE

In this study, T cell subpopulations (CD 3, CD 4, CD 8) by using APAAP, and sex hormone (E 2, P, PRL, T, FSH, LH) by using radioimmunoassay were detected in human peripheral blood 17 cases who suffered from hyperplasia of mammary gland respectively before and after acupuncture. Their results showed that CD 8 percentage rose more significantly after than before acupuncture ( P <0.05), that ratio of CD 4/CD 8 reduced more significantly after than before acupuncture ( P <0.05). The levels of E 2, PRL in serum reduced more obviously after than before acupuncture ( P <0.05), and the level of FSH increased more remarkably after than before acupuncture ( P <0.05). The level of E 2 was inversely correlative to CD 8 and directly correlative to CD 4/CD 8. The above data indicated that there were disorders of the cellular immune function and of the sex hormone in the hyperplasia of mammary gland and both disorders could be rectified after acupuncture.
