血浆ET和NO联检在冠心病诊治中的应用

目的：探讨血清内皮素（ET）和一氧化氮（NO）联检对冠心病的诊断价值。方法：分别用放射免疫分析和硝酸银还原法检测86例经冠状动脉造影证实为冠心病（CHD）的患者和60例经冠状动脉造影证实无冠状动脉病变的对照组血清ET和NO含量，并对结果进行分析。结果：CHD患者血清ET含量明显高于对照组（P〈0．01），血清NO含量则显著低于对照组（P〈0．01）。CHD患者血清ET与NO呈负相关（r=-0．237，P〈0．01）。结论：血清ET和NO两项指标联检更有助于CHD的预测和诊断。

Clinical Diagnostic Value of Determination of Plasma Endothelin and Nitric Oxide Contents in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To study the clinical diagnostic value of determination of plasma endothelin(ET) and nitric oxide(NO) contents in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Plasma ET(with RIA) and NO(with biochemistry) contents were determined in 86 patients with angiographically documented CHD and 60 subjects without CHD(also by coronal angiography) as controls.Results Plasma ET concentrations were significantly higher in CHD patients(P<0.01),while plasma NO concentrations were significantly lower in CHD patients(P<0.01) than those in controls.Plasma ET levels were significantly negatively correlated with those of plasma NO(P<0.01).Conclusion Combined detection of plasma ET and NO may improve the diagnosis of CHD.
