医护人员对医疗器械汞污染的认知与防护现状调查

目的调查临床医护人员对汞污染的认知程度及防护现状，为安全使用含汞医疗器械及汞意外事件的处理措施提供参考和借鉴方法。方法采用问卷调查法对北京市某三甲医院184名医护人员进行调查。结果71．2％人打碎过体温计，60．9％在使用汞柱式血压计时遇到过汞溢出。当体温计打碎后，47．3％立即清扫并开窗通风，42．8％的人运用了正确的清扫方式，而当血压计汞溢出的时候，仅有19．8％的人运用了正确的处理方式。汞污染处理正确组的知识总分得分比处理错误组高，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t分别为2．653，2．954，2．733；P〈0．05）。结论医院应在医护人员中大力普及汞污染常识，推广正确的处理汞污染的方式，减少汞污染的危害。

Investigation on the present situation of the acknowledge and protection of the mercury pollution from medical appliances in doctors and nurses

Objective To investigate the present situation of the acknowledge and protection of the mercury pollution from medical appliances in doctors and nurses, and provide reference to solve the mercury pollution from the medical appliances. Methods Using questionnaire to investigate 184 doctors and nurses from a Classic-Ill A hospital in Beijing. Results 71. 2% had broken a thermometer before and 60. 9% had encountered mercury pollution from a broken blood-pressure meter. When a thermometer broke up, 47.3% cleaned and opened the windows immediately, and 42.8% using the correct way to clean the pieces. When mercury leaked from a broken blood-pressure meter, just 19.8% used the correct way to clean. The score of the right disposal group is higher than the wrong disposal group＇ s, there is statistical significance between the two groups （t = 2. 653, 2. 954, 2. 733, respectively ; P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions We should universal the general knowledge about mercury pollution vigorously in doctors and nurses, and promotion the correct way to disposal mercury pollution to reduce the damage of mercury pollution.
