针刺镇痛在结肠镜检查应用中的安全性评价

[目的]通过对结肠镜检查过程中患者循环功能、呼吸功能、并发症等的观察,评价针刺镇痛在结肠镜检查应用中的安全性。[方法]选取2010年6～12月行结肠镜检查的门诊患者40例,随机分为2组。异丙酚麻醉组用丙泊酚麻醉,针刺镇痛组采用针刺镇痛。检查过程中连续监测患者的心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)、平均动脉压(MAP)变化,观察并记录不良反应,并在患者麻醉苏醒之后进行满意度vas评分调查。[结果]异丙酚麻醉组患者检查后1min和3min的MAP、SpO2、HR和RR值,5min的MAP值均低于针刺镇痛组(P<0.05);2组患者在结肠镜检查结束后30min满意度vas评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]针刺镇痛法对于人体生命体征的影响非常小,具有较好的依存性和满意度,可以在临床推广运用。

The safety evaluation of acupuncture analgesia in clinical colonoscopy

[Objective]By evaluating the efficacy of acupuncture analgesia in patients’ circulation,respiratory function,and complications during the examination in colonoscopy,we tested its security and suitability,thus to discuss its influence on people’s internal environment,at the same time,we made a corresponding comparison to the analgesia drugs.[Methods]Forty patients who underwent colonoscopy from June to December 2010 were chosen as our research objects,and were divided into two groups,acupuncture analgesia group and Propofol analgesia group.Patients in Propofol analgesia group were injected Propofol.Heart rate(HR),respiratory rate(RR),oxygen saturation(SpO2),and mean arterial blood pressure(MAP) changes were continuously monitored during the colonoscopy.We also recorded the side effects of remedy and investigated patients’ subjective experience after anesthesia failure.[Results]The levels of MAP,SpO2,HR and RR examined 1min and 3min after colonoscopy,and MAP 5 min after colonoscopy were lower in Propofol analgesia group than in acupuncture analgesia group(P<0.05).We investigated satisfaction evaluation of both groups 30 minutes after the colonoscopy,and the result showed that there was no marked difference(P>0.05).[Conclusion]Acupuncture therapy maintains a stable internal environment for patients,and there is no significant averse reaction during acupuncture therapy,showing great satisfaction.
