人工肛门碗的研制与临床应用

目的 :探讨肠造口术后切口愈合 ,防止粪便污染及感染的措施。方法 :将 76例肠造口术后病员随机分为两组 ,一组(观察组 ) 4 0例 ,使用人工肛门碗 ;另一组 (对照组 ) 36例 ,使用人工肛袋 ,对术后伤口感染 ,切口一期愈合及粪便污染情况进行系统观察对比。结果 :两组切口感染和一期愈合有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;两组粪便污染情况有显著性差异 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 :肠造口术后使用人工肛门碗优于人工肛袋

Study of artificial anal bowel and clinical use

Objective:To study the methods in patients after enterostomy in primary healing,prevention of stool pollution and surgical incision infection.Methods:76 cases were randomly divided into two groups:40 cases in using artificial anal bower group(experiment group),36 cases in using artificial anal bag(control group).A series view were preformed and compared in the two groups:include in primary healing,stool pollution and surgical incision infection.Results:The primary healing and surgical incision infection in the two groups were significantly difference(P<0 05).The stool Pollution was also significantly difference(P<0 001).Conclusions:It was superiority susing artificial anal bowel than using artificial anal bag in the patients after enterostomy.
