目的：提高护士综合素质，适应现代护理工作模式。方法：组织化礼仪、健康教育宣传板、专利技术操作、多元开放式考试培训等活动，通过各种考评途径，加强各种能力培养。结果：各项活动培训前后经统计学处理，P＜0．01，实现了护士多元角色的转变。结论：强化培训和临床实践中，护士的智力潜能有效发挥。

Effective approaches in improving nurse''s comprehensive qualities

Objective To improve nurse's comprehensive qualities so as to adapt themselves to the modern nursing mode.Methods The nurse's ability were trained by organizing all kinds of activities like cultural etiquette,health bulletins,operation of professional skills,open multi-examination and training.Res ults Statistically,the results of all activities were significantly different before and after training(P<0.01).The multi-roles of a nurse were realized after training.Conclus ion In strengthening training and clinical practice,the potency of nurses can be brought into full play.
