护理实习生职业暴露的知信行调查

目的调查护理实习生职业暴露的知识、信念、行为的现状,以便采取有效措施减少护理实习生的职业暴露。方法采用自行设计的护理实习生职业暴露知信行调查问卷,对286名护理实习生在实习10个月时进行问卷调查。结果护理实习生职业暴露的相关知识30.85%来源于学校教育,87.42%来源于临床带教老师,知识总分为(24.15±7.32)分,标准分为(61.38±15.93)分;态度总分为(37.64±8.35)分,标准分为(90.27±12.63)分;行为总分为(30.46±2.76)分,标准分为(45.89±10.24)分。结论护理实习生职业暴露的相关知识缺乏,态度较为积极,相关行为不容乐观,学校和实习医院都要采取相应措施,以促进护理实习生职业暴露知信行的全面提高。

Investigation on the knowledge, attitude, belief and practice of occupational exposure in nursing interns

Objective To investigate the knowledge, attitude, belief and practice （KABP） of occupational exposure in nursing interns, so as to take effec- tive measures to reduce the occupational exposure of nursing interns. Methods The self - designed nursing interns＇KABP of occupational exposure questionnaire was used to investigate 286 nursing interns in the 10 months internship. Results 30.85% of the knowledge about occupational exposure of nursing interns was acquired from school and 87.42% from clinical teachers. The total score of knowledge, attitude and behavior was （ 24.15 ± 7.32 ）, （ 37.64 ± 8.35 ） and （ 30.46 ± 2.76 ） , respectively. And the standard score of knowledge, attitude and behavior was （ 61.38±15.93 ） , （ 90.27 ± 12.63 ） and （45.89 ± 10.24 ） , re- spectively. Conclusion Knowledge about occupational exposure of nursing interns is insufficient and the related behaviors are not that optimistic, either. But their attitudes are positive. The school and the hospital should take corresponding measures to promote the overall improvement of knowledge, attitude, belief and practice of occupational exposure in the nursing interns.
