动脉粥样硬化患者基质金属蛋白酶-9及其抑制物-1基因表达与痰浊证素的相关性研究

目的分析动脉粥样硬化(AS)患者基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制物-1(TIMP-1)的基因表达水平与痰浊证素的相关性,探讨MMP-9、TIMP-1基因表达水平作为AS患者中医"痰浊证素"客观指标的可行性。方法将AS患者分为痰浊证素组30例,非痰浊证素组48例,通过实时荧光定量PCR(RT-PCR)技术进行MMP-9和TIMP-1mRNA表达水平的定量检测。结果痰浊证素组MMP-9和TIMP-1基因表达水平均明显高于非痰浊证素组,差异具有统计学意义。结论 MMP-9及TIMP-1基因表达可作为中医痰浊证素的客观指标。

Study of Correlation Relationship in MMP-9,TIMP-1 and Phlegm Syndrome in Atherosclerosis Patients

Objective: To analysis the relationship between phlegm syndrome element and indices such as matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and matrix metalloproteinase inhibitor-1(TIMP-1) gene expression and to study that the feasibility of the MMP-9 and TIMP-1 gene expressions could be used as the objective indicators for phlegm syndrome element in patients with AS.Methods: 30 cases with phlegm syndrome and 48 cases with non-phlegm syndrome were chosen in the study.The levels of mRNA expressions including MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(RT-PCR) technology.Results: The levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 gene expression in the subgroup of phlegm syndrome element were significantly higher than those in the non-phlegm syndrome.Conclusion: MMP-9 and TIMP-1 gene expressions can be the objective of phlegm syndrome element prime targets.
