PTP1B及基因芯片技术在卵巢癌发生发展中的作用

摘    要:蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶1B(PTP1B)是一种信号传导酶,在多种类型肿瘤中发挥促进或抑制作用,依靠于相应的底物和所在的细胞环境。研究表明其在卵巢癌中高表达,由于方法局限,其相关研究甚少。基因芯片是近年发展起来的一项DNA分析技术,为研究肿瘤发生发展的相关基因及表达程度提供了强有力的工具。本文探讨二者联合应用对卵巢癌增殖调控机制取得的新进展及应用前景。

Abstract:As a signaling enzyme,PTP1B has received increased attention as a positive factor implicated in cancer,many results suggested that PTP1B can make two of its effects,tumor suppressing and tumor promoting based on the substrate involved and the cellular context.Studies have shown that PTP1B was overexpressed in ovarian cancer.As a recent DNA analytical technique,gene chips is a powerful tool for researching related genes and expressed extent in tumors’ tumorigenesis and progression.This review summarizes the recent progression and prospects that the both affect proliferation and control in ovarian cancer.
