| 摘 要： | 目的:评价藿香正气软胶囊治疗功能性消化不良(湿阻中焦证)的疗效。方法:采用随机、双盲双模拟、平行对照的试验方法,120例患者随机分成两组,试验组给药为藿香正气软胶囊+安慰剂,对照组为多潘立酮+安慰剂,疗程4周。结果:试验组总有效率为91.67%,对照组为78.33%,试验组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。藿香正气软胶囊治疗4周后症状评分,不透X线标志物测定胃排空和13C辛酸固体胃排空试验的改善情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:藿香正气软胶囊能有效地治疗功能性消化不良(湿阻中焦证)。
