误诊为风湿病的急性淋巴细胞白血病17例临床分析

目的探讨急性淋巴细胞白血病误诊为风湿病的原因,提高对其认识以便于早期诊断.方法分析总结17例误诊为风湿病的急性淋巴细胞白血病的临床症状和实验室指标.结果大部分患者表现为发热、与体征不一致的剧烈疼痛、贫血及淋巴细胞相对增多.结论有骨关节肌肉疼痛合并发热的患者在使用激素前应行骨髓检查.

Analysis of 17 cases in acute lymphatic leukemia misdiagnosed as rheumatic disease

To explore the reason of misdiagnosis of acute lymphatic leukemia as rheumatic disease and improve the cognition for early diagnosis. Analyse the clinical manifestation and laboratory index of 17 patients in acute lymphatic leukemia misdiagnosed as rheumatic disease. Most patients presented fever, pain disproportionate to physical findings, anemia and relative lymphocytosis. [Conclusion] A bone-marrow examination should be done before steroid treatment is given for the patients with musculoskeletal pain and fever.
