The construction of the health promoting hospitals,which is the important way to improve medical service and increase social or economic benefit,has been proposed by modern medical institutions so as to keep up with the changes in medical modes and medical socialization. This article aims at the achievements and problems of the construction,and to put forward some measures and suggestions about indicator system and long-run administrative mechanism.
