弓形虫包囊超微结构的观察

摘    要:目的:观察弓形虫包囊的超微结构,鉴定体外细胞培养所形成的包囊。方法:体外用HeLa细胞作载体培养PP株弓形虫形成包囊;体内用感染Fukaya株弓形虫的小鼠脑包囊,分别做电镜标本并观察。结果:两者都观察到包囊的特征性超微结构且结果相类似。结论:弓形虫在体外一定培养条件下可以形成包囊,并与体内包囊的超微结构相似。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the ultrastructure of the cyst of toxoplasma gondii, identify the cyst formed in vitro. Methods: Induction of cyst formation by the PP strain of toxoplasma gondii in cell culture and Fukaya strain in the brains of mice. Cysts were observed by electron microscope. Results: Both of two samples showed the characteristic structure of cyst. The ultrastructure of two types of cysts were similar. Conclusion: The ultrastructure of cyst cultured in vitro was similar to that cultured in vivo.
