镇静安神针刺法治疗偏头痛60例

【目的】观察镇静安神针刺法对偏头痛的即时止痛效果及远期控制效果。【方法】将90例偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组（普通针刺组）30例，进行即时止痛效果（即时疗效）与远期控制效果（远期疗效）比较。【结果】即时疗效两者无显著差异（P〉0．05），远期疗效差异显著（P〈0．05）。【结论】镇静安神针刺法治疗偏头痛远期疗效优于普通针刺组。提示镇静安神法可提高针刺治疗偏头痛的远期疗效。

Clinical Observation of Tranquilizing and Allaying Excitement Methods on Treating Hemicranial 60 Cases

[Objective] To observe the immediately odynolysis effect and long-term control effeet of tranquilizing and allaying excitement methods on hemicrania.[Methods] The 90 cases patients of hemicrania were randomly divided into treatment group(60 cases) and control group (30 cases). To compare to immediately odynolysis effect and long-term control effect.[Results] The immediately odynolysis effect had not obviously different and long-term control effect had significantly differentiation in the treatment and control group.[Conclusion] The tranquilizing and allaying excitement methods had an advantage than common acupuncture group on treating hemicrania. It indicated that the tranquilizing and allaying excitement methods may increase the long-term effect on treating hemicrania.
