用斑点酶免疫试验检测类风湿因子

应用斑点酶兔疫试验和免疫胶乳凝集试验对60份门诊待测类风湿因子的病人血清进行了3次对比检测，实验结果表明，斑点酶免疫试验不仅重复性、稳定性、灵敏度较免疫胶乳试验好，而且能区分IgG型和IgM型类风湿因子，具有一定实用性。

DETECTING RHEUMATOID FACTOR BY DOT-ENZYME IMMUNOASSAY

Sixty serum samples from outpatients were detected by boty dot-enzyme immunoassay (dot-EIA) and immune latex agglutination (ILA) for rheumatoid factor(RF). After the sixty serum samples were repeatedly examined three times, the results showed that not only the reproducibility, the stability and sensitivity of dot-EIA were better than those of ILA, but also the dot-EIA could differentiate between IgG-RF and IgM-RF. The dot-EIA was suitable for practical purposes.
