| 摘 要： | 基本医疗保险已在全国全面展开，利用药物经济学原理控制不合理的药品费用增长，是保证基本医疗保险向着健康方向发展的关键。通过药物经济学指导临床合理用药，避免药物资源的浪费，使有限的卫生资源得以充分满足广大患者对医疗卫生的需求。
