手术患者麻醉前后的留置尿管时机探讨

目的研究手术患者术前留置尿管的最佳时机。方法选择宝安区福永人民医院60例手术患者作为观察组，患者在硬膜外麻醉置管和全麻诱导气管插管成功后进行导尿术，对照组患者60例在常规操作下进行导尿术。结果两组患者在插尿管过程中和插尿管后尿道刺激症状比较，观察组在插尿管过程中和插尿管以后刺激症状明显轻于对照组，P〈0．01有显著性差异。结论患者在留置尿管的操作过程中，常因尿道狭窄、前列腺增生、对疼痛敏感、紧张、害羞等原因致插尿管困难甚至失败，而在全麻或硬膜外麻醉后，尿道平滑肌完全松弛再行导尿术。

Conclusion the patients in the indwelling operation process, often because of urethral stricture, prostatic hyperplasia, pain, and such sensitive shy interpolation urine causes difficulties in general, and even failures or epidural anesthesia, urethral catheterization completely relaxed smooth again.
