| 摘 要： | 目的观察肾愈颗粒治疗慢性肾功能衰竭（GRF）的临床疗效。方法将168例患者随机分为两组,治疗组96例在常规治疗基础上加用肾愈颗粒,对照组72例采用常规治疗加尿毒清颗粒,均为3个疗程,每个疗程15 d。结果总有效率治疗组为83.33%,对照组为62.50%,两组间疗效有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论肾愈颗粒治疗GRF疗效明显,未发现不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenyu Granules on treating chronic renal failure（GRF）.Methods 168 patients were randomized into treatment group（96 cases） treated with Shenyu Granules plus the routine therapy and control group（72 cases） treated with Niaoduqing Granules plus the routine therapy.The treatment lasted for 3 courses,15 d for each course.Results The total efficacy rate was 83.33% in treatment group and 62.50% in control group with significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion Shenyu Granules is highly effective in the treatment of GRF without observed adverse reactions. |
