| 摘 要： | 目的探讨康欣胶囊全方及其拆方对肾虚血瘀型血管性痴呆（vascular dementia，VD）大鼠神经递质的影响。方法采用双侧椎动脉永久性封闭和摘除单侧性器官建立肾虚血瘀型VD模型大鼠60只．分为6组．每组10只，分别给予康欣胶囊全方、康欣胶囊中补肾药、康欣胶囊中健脾药、康欣胶囊中养血活血药、阳性西药喜得镇和蒸馏水，每日1次，连续给药1个月，检测大鼠神经递质水平。结果全方组的逃避潜伏期最短，空间探索次数最多，与其他组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）；全方组乙酰胆碱Ach含量最高，较模型组有显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论康欣胶囊全方能提高肾虚血瘀型VD大鼠乙酰胆碱含量。

| Abstract: | Objective To research the influence Kangxin capsule on transmitter in vascular demen- tia rat with kidney asthenia and blood stasis.Methods The VD rats with kidney asthenia and blood stasis were made and divided into 6 groups,each group were given medicine respectively once a day for 1 month, then their behavior tests were done and the neurotransmitter of hippocampus were analyzed.Results The escape tendency of the complete components group was shortest,significantly shorter than other groups(P<0.01,P<0.05)... |
