| 摘 要： | 先天性胆囊缺如在临床上极为罕见,多因临床及超声医师认识不足及超声检查缺乏典型声像学特点等造成误诊。本文通过分析误诊的4例胆囊缺如患者的超声图像及术后结果,并提出几点注意事项,为减少先天性胆囊缺如的误诊率总结经验。

| Abstract: | Congenital absence of gall-bladder is rare in clinic. Due to insufficient un-derstanding of clinicians and lack of typical ultrasonographic characteristics, the disease is easy to misdiagnosis. In this paper, through analyzing ultrasonographic characteristics and surgery results of 4 patients with congenital absence of gallbladder, author introduced several announcements for reducing the occurrence of this disease. |
