盐酸克班宁氰基丙烯酸正丁酯毫微粒的制备工艺研究

摘    要:目的:优选盐酸克班宁毫微粒的制备最佳工艺。方法:以氰基丙烯酸正丁酯为聚合材料,采用乳化聚合法制备盐酸克班宁毫微粒Cre-PBCA-NP;以包封率为评价指标,通过均匀设计法,优化制备工艺。结果:按优化工艺条件,制得载药毫微粒,包封率80%.结论:经过优化筛选出的工艺,为盐酸克班宁聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯毫微粒的最佳制备工艺。

Abstract:Objective:To search for the best preparation procedure of Crebanine polybutylcyano acrylate nanoparticles(Cr-PBCA-NP).Methods: CrPBCA-NP was prepared by emulsing polymerization method with polybutylcyano acrylate as carrier material;the procedure was optimized by uniform design test with the envelope ratio and drug loading as the test standard.Results: Under this optimum condition,the mean diameter of the mean envelope ratio 80%.Conclusion: The obtained condition was the best preparation procedure of Cr-PBCA-NP.
