24例胸腰椎爆裂性骨折合并脊髓损伤的综合治疗

目的为探讨胸腰椎爆裂性骨折合并脊髓神经损伤的治疗效果.方法自1998年10月至2004年10月我科用综合治疗方法治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折合并脊髓神经损伤病人24例,手术采用AF内固定系统,随访9个月至4年.结果不完全截瘫患者术后全部恢复良好,4例全瘫患者2例有1～2级恢复.结论我们认为:伤后早期手术,椎管彻底减压,坚强的内固定,术前术后正确处理是治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折合并脊髓神经损伤的关键.

The composite treatment of 24 cases of thoracolumbar burst fractures combine with spinal cord injures

objective To invastigate the curative effects of thoracolumbar burst fractures combine with spinal cord injures. Methods 24 cases of thoracolumbar burst fractures were admitted in our deparment and treated with composite treatment by useing AF fixator internalfixaction from 0ct.1998 to 0ct.2004. follow-up 9 months to 4 years. Results All incomplete paraplegia patients had good recovery,4 cases of complete paraplegia had 1-2 stage of recovery. Conclusions We concluded that the early operation after injury,full decompression of spinal canal,firm internal fixation,correct management before and after injury were the key to treat thoracolumbar burst fractures combine with spinal cord injures.
