厦门地区1982对生殖异常夫妇染色体分析

摘    要:
目的对生殖异常夫妇进行染色体分析,探讨染色体异常与生殖异常的关系。方法对1982对生殖异常夫妇的外周血淋巴细胞培养,G显带进行染色体核型分析。结果染色体异常占受检人数的9.66%(383/3964)。其中不孕不育的夫妇,染色体异常占受检人数的11.27%(224/1988);流产死胎、胚胎停育的夫妇,染色体异常占受检人数的9.02%(140/1552);生育畸形儿或智低儿的夫妇,染色体异常占受检人数的4.48%(19/424)。结论生殖异常与染色体异常密切相关,对生殖异常夫妇进行染色体核型分析可以寻找病因,指导优生优育,因此是非常必要的。

Abstract:
Objective: Carry on the chromosome analysis to the reproductive abnormality couples, to study the relationship between chromosome exceptionally and reproduction abnormality. Methods: Gathers the 1982 couples' peripheral blood to carry on cultivating, to make chromosome G - banding and karyotype analysis. Results : Chromosomal abnormalities accounted for 9.66 percent the number of subjects (383/3964) . One of the couples infertility, chromosomal abnormalities account for 11.27% of samples (224/ 1988) ; abortion stillbirth, infertility and his wife stopped embryos, the number of chromosomal abnormalities of subjects accounted for 9. 02% (140/1552) ; birth deformities abuse or low infant Moses and his wife, found the number of chromosomal abnormalities accounted for 4.48% (19/424) . Conclusion: Reproductive anomalies and chromosomal abnormalities was closely related to couples of reproductive abnormalities Cytogenetic examination could find the cause, the guidance of birth, it was very necessary.
