血常规MCV、MCH在产前地中海贫血筛查中的应用价值

目的：探讨地中海贫血基因携带者的血常规指标MCV、MCH在筛查孕妇地中海贫血中的应用价值。方法：选2012年1月至2013年12月在桂林市人民医院建卡后确诊患有地中海贫血基因携带者的孕妇100例作为地贫组,同期无贫血症状的孕妇100例作为正常组。对两组孕妇的血常规相关指标Hb、MCV、MCH进行比较。结果：地贫组孕妇血常规中MCV、MCH检测结果明显低于正常组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：血常规相关指标MCV、MCH在产前筛查孕妇地中海贫血中具有重要意义,必要时进行地中海贫血基因检测和产前诊断可确诊重型地中海贫血胎儿。

Clinical value of the routine blood MCV and MCH in screening of thalassemia among pregnant women

Objective：To investigate the clinical value of routine blood MCV and MCH in screening of thalassemia among pregnant women.Methods：100pregnant women with thalassemia gene carrier（thalassemia group）,and 100 pregnant women with normal hemoglobin（normal control group）were selected in The People＇s Hospital of Guilin City from January 2012 to December 2013.The levels of Hb,MCV,MCH were compared between the two groups.Results：The data of MCV,MCH in the thalassemia group was lower than that of the normal control group.There were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：MCV,MCH play an important role in screening of thalassemia among pregnant women.If necessary,we can carry out genetic test and prenatal diagnosis to prevent and control the birth of severe thalassemia infants.
