| 摘 要： | 化疗在骨肉瘤治疗中地位的确立，提高了骨肉瘤患者5年生存率，促进了保肢技术的发展，瘤段灭活再植、异体骨、复合人工关节、肿瘤型假体等替代了截肢，但目前还没有一个完美的方案，儿童保肢还面临着巨大的挑战。 |

| Abstract: | The status of neoadjuvant and adjuvant chemotherapy has been established in the treatment of osteosarcoma,which improve the 5-year survival rate of oscosarcoma patients and promote the development of the technique of limb salvage surgery. Amputation has been replaced with other treatments such as devitalized tumor segment grafts following segmental resections of limb osteosarcoma,large segement allografts replacement, complex joint prosthesis, endoprosthestic replacement, and etc, however, those methods are not perfect. The treatment of the limb salvage of children is also a real challenge. |
