| 摘 要： | 白细胞介素-18（IL-18）是新近发现的一种多效能细胞因子，在刺激T细胞增殖，增强Th、细胞毒性T细胞和自然杀伤细胞等活性，抗肿瘤、免疫调节等方面有着积极的作用，有潜在广阔的应用前景。进一步研究IL-18抑制肿瘤的机制及其生物学作用具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | IL-18 is one of the latest discoveries of pleiotropic cytokine, which can promote T cells proliferation and enhance the activity of Th cell, CTL cell and NK cell. It plays an active role in antitumor and immunoregulation. There might be a variety of potentialities of its application. It is necessary to further investigate the mechanisms of antitumor and biological effects of IL-18. |
