影响托槽脱落的相关因素研究(一)

目的:探讨在口腔固定矫治技术中影响托槽脱落的相关因素.方法:观察应用固定矫治技术的口腔正畸患者298例,粘贴托槽5258个.记录托槽的脱落情况,并进行分析.结果:托槽的脱落率:①男性>女性;②不同年龄组中,9～12岁组>13～15岁组>16～18岁组>18岁以上组,但前3组间无显著性差异;③使用非光固化粘接剂组>光固化粘接剂组;④再次粘贴组>首次粘贴组;⑤不同错牙合分类组间无显著性差异;⑥上颌第二前磨牙中使用口外弓组的脱落率>未使用口外弓组;⑦下前牙托槽的脱落率,深覆牙合组与非深覆牙合组之间无显著性差异.结论:托槽的脱落与多种因素有关,临床上必须了解和重视这些因素,从而减少托槽的脱落,提高矫治质量.

An analysis of the failure rates of bonded brackets

Objective:To discuss the relative causes of the failure rates of bonded brackets in fixed appliance.Method:298 patients who applied fixed orthodontic appliance in a continuous period were selected. Among them,5258 brackets used in them were observed. The status of unbonded brackets was noted. The failure rates of bonded brackets were compared in different conditions.Result:The failure rate of bonded brackets of male patients was higher than that of the female patients. The significant difference in failure rate existed in different age groups. The brackets bonded by chemically-cured resin were easer to unbond than the brackets bonded by light-cured resin. The bond at the first time was firmer than in the second time. The failure rate of bonded brackets in the second premolar was different between the groups using face-bow and the groups without using it. There was no significant difference in failure rate of bonded brackets between the different groups divided by angle classification. It was also occurred between the over-bite group and the normal.Conclusion:The failure rates of bonded brackets related to a lot of factors. It should be known clearly by the clinicians, which could reduce the rates of unbonded brackets and make the orthodontic treatment successful.
