腹腔镜胆囊切除术中胆道造影的临床应用

目的：探讨胆囊结石腹腔镜胆囊切除术（lapa-roscopic ecystectomy,LC）中胆道造影的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析2006年3月～2009年5月LC术中经胆囊管插管行胆道造影（intraoperative cholangiography,IOC）40例患者的临床资料。根据造影结果指导LC术中操作。结果：造影40例均获成功,发现胆总管结石8例,胆管损伤1例,胆总管下端狭窄6例。结论：选择性术中胆道造影可避免胆总管结石残留及不必要的胆道探查,及时发现胆管损伤,提高了LC手术的质量和安全性。

The Application of Selective Intraoperative Cholangiography in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective：To evaluate the clinical value of intraoperative cholangiography（IOC） during laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）.Methods：Intraoperative cholangiography was performed in laparoscopic cholecystectomy in 40 patients,The clinical data of 40 patients from March 2006 to May 2009 was analyzed retrospectively.The operation of LC was instructed according to the result of the Cholangiography.Results：Cholangiography was performed in 40 cases successfully.8 cases bile duct stone,1 case bile duct injury and 6 cases stenosis of lower common bile duct（CBD） were found.Conclusion：Intraoperative cholangiography is an accurate and safe procedure,which can reduce the rate of CBD residual calculus and avoid unnecessary bile duct exploration.Discover the injured and abnormal bile duct promptly.so as to boost the quality of LC.
