| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肺动静脉瘘(PAVF)临床特征.方法 回顾1例肺动静瘘并脑脓肿病例的临床资料,并复习相关文献.结果 本病为少见病,临床症状以缺氧、肺部感染、咯血及中枢神经系统等症状为主,缺乏特异性;目前CTA为主要诊断手段,经皮肺动脉栓塞术为主要治疗措施.结论 提高对PAVF及其并发症的认识和警惕性,减少误诊. |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical features of the pulmonary arteriovenous fistula(PAVF) in order to strengthen the recognization of this disease.Methods The clinical data of the 1 cases of the PAVF was retrospectively analyzed and the related documents were reviewed.Results PAVF is a rare disease with clinical symptoms of hypoxia,pulmonary infections,hemoptysis and central nervous system symptoms,which was lack of specificity.Now,CTA was the main diagnostic tool,and Percutaneous pulmonary artery embolization was the main treatment.Conclusion Improvement of understanding of PAVF and its complications and vigilance can avoid diagnostic errors. |
