AECOPD与哮喘急性发作患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1、IL-17水平的研究

目的 研究AECOPD患者与哮喘急性发作患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1、IL-17的水平.方法 检测并比较2009年8月～2011年8月期间我院呼吸内科收治的22例AECOPD患者、18例哮喘急性发作患者及16例健康体检者的血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)、白介素-17(IL-17)水平.结果 AECOPD组及哮喘急性发作组血清MMP-9、TIMP-1、MMP-9/TIMP-1比值、IL-17水平均高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义;AECOPD组患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1、IL-17水平均高于哮喘急性发作组,而MMP-9/TIMP-1比值低于哮喘急性发作组,差异有统计学意义.结论 AECOPD患者与哮喘急性发作患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1、IL-17水平升高,且AECOPD患者的血清MMP-9、TIMP-1、IL-17水平高于哮喘急性发作患者.

MMP-9, TIMP-1 and IL-17 in serum of patients with AECOPD and acute asthma attack

Objectives To investigate the level of MMP-9、TIMP-1、IL-17 in serum of patients with AECOPD and acute asthma attack.Methods Detected and compared MMP-9,TIMP-1 and IL-17 levels in the serum of 16 healthy persons,22 AECOPD patients and18 acute asthma attack cases admitted to the Respiratory Department in Anqing hospital affiliated of Anhui Medical University and from August 2009 to August 2011.Results Level of MMP-9,TIMP-1,MMP-9/TIMP-1 and IL-17 in AECOPD and acute asthma attack groups were higher than those in healthy group.Level of MMP-9,TIMP-1 and IL-17 in AECOPD group were higher than those in acute asthma attack group,while level of MMP-9/TIMP-1 in AECOPD group was lower than that in acute asthma attack group.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Level of MMP-9,TIMP-1 and IL-17 in both AECOPD and acute asthma attack patients increased and level of MMP-9,TIMP-1,IL-17 in AECOPD are higher than those in acute asthma attack.
