1992～2004年新疆痰涂片阳性肺结核分类比例变化分析调查

目的 分析新疆痰涂片阳性肺结核病人分类比例变化.方法 分析1992～2004年项目报表,结合抽查2005年18个县(市)登记治疗中的全部332份复治病人病历的回顾性调查和对31位现治疗中复发病人的现场调查进行汇总分析.结果 发现的涂阳肺结核病人中初治比例维持在80%左右;65%的复治病人经由结核病防治机构形成;近3年来复发病人占到复治病人的50%以上;74%的复发病人是疏于管理、不规律治疗的结果.结论 新疆初、复治病人的比例变化符合推行DOTS策略后的变化规律.

Analysis and Survey of Classified Proportion and Change of Smear-positive Tuberculosis in Xinjiang from 1992 to 2004

Objective To analyze the classified proportion and change of the smear - positive tuberculosis in Xinjiang. Methods The report form of the project from 1992 to 2004 was analyzed, combining with the summarizing analysis of the retrospective investigation on 332 case histories of retreated patients in registered treatment of sampled 18 counties and cities in 2005 and field investigation on 31 recurring patients in current treatment. Results The proportion of initial treatment in patients with smear- positive tuberculosis kept about 80% ; 65% of the re - treated patients received the treatment in the control institutions of tubereulosis. In the near 3 years, the proportion of recurred patients occupied over 50% of retreated patients. 74% of the recurred patients resulted from the absence of administration and irregular treatment. Conclusions The proportion change of initial and re - treated patients correspond with the variation regularity after implementing DOTS.
